Changes and refunds

Flight changes

If you purchased your flight on, and selected a Classic, Flex or Business package, you can change your travel dates (subject to a penalty, depending on the fare package chosen). For more details, see fare packages.

You may have to re-request meals or seat assignments already booked.

Any additional services contracted, such as travel insurance, hotel bookings and car hire bookings will not change automatically. To modify these services for your new travel dates, please contact the service provider directly.


If allowed for your fare packages, you may cancel your flight and request a refund of the ticket amount. To do so, contact our Booking Centre.
