Wir bitten Sie, diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sorgfältig zu lesen, da diese die Vertragsbedingungen enthalten, die Sie für die Mitgliedschaft im Club Express akzeptieren müssen.

Club Express is a club of users who, due to their special loyalty to Iberia Express, are offered the possibility of accessing advantages, special discounts and, in general, preferential treatment.

Discounts offered to Club Express members are applied to the fare (not including taxes). They are accessible through the private area of the Iberia Express website, exclusive to Club Express members, or through the landing pages sent in our members' Newsletter. Discounts are valid for flights operated by Iberia Express. 

The general terms and conditions, fares and discounts applied may be subject to change.

Given that it is a closed club, Iberia Express reserves the right of admission to Club Express.

You must be at least 14 years old to request being a Club Express member.

In order to get the most out of your Club Express membership, should you give your consent, we will electronically send you commercial emails and special offers on Iberia Express products and services, with the aim of keeping you informed about the advantages and promotions exclusively designed for you.

Occasionally these may include information about products and services from other members of our business group or third parties (for example, from the Iberia Express Partners). These will always be relevant to the Iberia Express products and services (hotels, cars, etc.). In this regard, you can refer to the section “Who do we share your personal data with?” on our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you consent to receiving commercial communications and personalised offers and discounts through the means stated, you can change your mind at any point just by letting us know that you no longer wish to receive them. Read the section “How can to change the type of commercial communications you receive and the way you receive them?” on our Privacy Policy.

All information sent will be issued to the home address, email, phone or mobile device provided on the Club Express membership form. Should any of the personal data provided change; you can modify this via the private area for Club Express members, in the section “My Account”.

Moreover, in each communication sent to you, a free, easy method to immediately unsubscribe from the commercial communications will be provided.

Any user can unsubscribe from the Club Express at any point, through the following means:

     
  • Through the "DELETE ACCOUNT" option provided in the Club Express members’ private area, in the section “My Account”.

When the request to unsubscribe is not made through the "My Account" section on the Club Express members’ private area, it must contain the following information:

  • A photocopy of your DNI [Spanish ID no], passport or driving license so that we can verify your identity.
  • Your signature and date of the request.
  • If you present the request on behalf of another person, signed authorisation from that person must be provided.

By ticking the box for these purposes, you agree to have read and accepted these Club Express General Terms and Conditions.
